The Center for Learning with Nature is honored to be the recipient of a grant from the United Engineering Foundation.
The United Engineering Foundation traces its origins to 1904, when it was first founded with funding from Andrew Carnegie. The United Engineering Foundation’s vision is to advance the engineering arts and sciences for the welfare of humanity. Its members are the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), American Institute of Mining, Metallurgical and Petroleum Engineers (AIME), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
Their generous support will help in the development of the Engineering Inspired by Nature curriculum for upper elementary students.
